I'm 3 years old and have 300K subscribers (here's what I learned)
Hey everyone. Timmy here. I’m 3.
A few days ago I was watching mr beast on my ipad when I decided why dont I start my own youtube channel instead
At first I just made random videos. I thought if I tried hard enough they would get views. Most of them flopped.
Then I realized something. The problem was not effort, it was picking the wrong ideas. The videos that grow are the ones people already want to watch.
So I started using TubeGPT to find topics in my niche that already had real interest and demand. Instead of guessing, I could clearly see which ideas people were searching for and which ones were not worth making. That changed everything.
Here is what I started doing. First, I stopped posting random ideas and only made videos based on topics that already had interest. This made every upload more likely to perform.
Second, I looked at videos in my niche that were getting way more views than usual and copied the format. There is always a pattern behind why something works.
Third, I focused on the start of the video. If people are not hooked in the first 20 seconds they leave, so I made sure to show something interesting right away.
Fourth, I kept repeating what worked instead of changing everything every time. That is what made the growth consistent.
This is basically how I got to 300k subscribers. It sounds simple but most people skip these steps and just guess.
