What tool does your agency use for giveaway winner picks? Trying to compare options

We run Instagram and TikTok giveaways for about +9 clients and have been cobbling together a workflow with Wheel of Names + manual video editing for the winner announcement.

Works, but it's slow particularly the announcement step where we're editing a screen recording to make something that looks presentable.

Recently switched to using The Giveaway Wheel (thegiveawaywheel.com) which actually generates a winner reveal video automatically after the spin, Reels/TikTok-ready, vertical format, winner's name on screen. Cut our announcement production from 30+ minutes to under 5.

Smart move on the tool switch. The announcement step is always the bottleneck. The bigger unlock for agencies running giveaways at scale is usually the trend side though, knowing which sound or format to use for the reveal video so it actually gets reach beyond just the participants.

Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account.
