„I’m fine now!“ Was the biggest lie I ever told myself. I thought I can stop therapy, I‘m totally healed! Turns out I was NOT. Shout out to my therapist who called my bullshit and made me stay for 3 years until I REALLY figured stuff out.

Anyone else get seasonal depression, but in reverse? I always feel more anxious and down when it's nice out. I usually have a big meltdown around 4th of July.

I think it's because I make all these plans for summer in my head during winter, then just start to feel completely overwhelmed, and end up barely leaving the house all summer. It's even more weird because everyone knows me as a cyclist, so you'd think I'd be at peace with nice weather. Not the case.

In the winter it feels more justified to just stay home I think, so I don't stress about trying to do a million things at once. Idk, I'm weird. I'm also diagnosed with generalized anxiety.
