Ah so r/watchpeopledie just moved to here? Cause I feel like that dude is dead. I'd be shocked if he lived and even more shocked while rolling he didn't have a limb or two go under the train and get cut off.

As a former railroad conductor, mounting and dismounting moving railroad equipment can be incredibly difficult and dangerous at just 10-12 mph. If you are in the cab with the engineer (driver) and need to get to back of a train to check on something (make sure the EoT flag is there, find a air break leak, etc) or get ready for a reverse/shove move, the “easiest” way (not company approved) is to have the train slow way down and hop off, let the train roll by, and climb back onto the rear. If you’re lucky, the train is close to stopped by the time you climb back on. Looking back on it, I’m surprised I never blew a knee dropping down onto the loose track ballast.

Based on what I know about getting on and off a slow moving train, I can surmise that this dude is dead, or was probably wishing he was due to his severe injuries. Assuming this wasn’t a suicide attempt, I can’t imagine why he would have thought this would work for him.

Its not even 6am and im watched guys get gnarly injuries on an Indian train. Those trains are insane.

Its like any online video of a fire and a gas tank comes into frame. You know someone is getting burned.

Why are the mods allowing videos of people dying?

Why do I keep seeing videos of guys in India hanging outside train doors, usually filming themselves? Is this some kind of viral he-man challenge on social media there?
