Asheville Businesses: What kind of content actually gets you customers right now?
I run a local media business called Ground Up Visuals here in Western NC, and I’ve been working with small businesses on drone content, social media videos, and marketing visuals.
One thing I keep noticing is that a lot of good businesses still look invisible online. They have a solid service, great people, and loyal customers, but their social media and visuals don’t really show that.
From what I’ve seen, businesses do way better when they stop posting random content and start posting things that actually build trust — social media content, behind-the-scenes footage, short videos explaining what they do, customer experience clips, before-and-after shots, and content that makes people feel like they know the business before they ever walk in.
I’m curious what other local business owners are seeing right now. What type of content has actually worked for you?
I run Ground Up Visuals in Asheville and I’m always interested in connecting with local brands that want stronger content and a better online presence.
