X suspended me for posting two similar tweets. Is their spam detector completely broken?
Been a free X user for years with zero issues and zero warnings. On April 7, 2026, I paid for X Premium covering a full month until May 7. I have the payment confirmation email as proof.
Four days later, on April 11, I received a suspension email citing "inauthentic behavior." No specific post was identified. No warning was sent before the suspension.
After reviewing my last posts, I think the automated system flagged two tweets I posted back-to-back on the same topic, Nvidia and AI chips, with similar hashtags. Both were genuine personal opinions. No bots, no scheduling tools, no third-party apps involved.
What makes this worse:
Lost full account access 4 days into a paid monthly subscription
X does not cancel Premium automatically when they suspend you
I have to manually cancel while locked out of my own account
The appeals form gives zero feedback and no timeline
There is no way to reach a real human at support
I already submitted a formal appeal through the X support form. I have my payment receipt ready if needed.
Has anyone dealt with a similar suspension?
How long did your appeal take?
Did being a Premium subscriber help speed things up?
Any advice is welcome.
