I reduced one habit and my mind got noticeably quieter
I didn’t expect this, but it made a difference.
I reduced how much I compare myself to others.
Not completely. Just became aware of it.
Before:
scroll → compare → feel behind → overthink
Now:
scroll → notice → stop → move on
And that alone reduced a lot of unnecessary thinking.
I think comparison creates a lot of “fake problems” in your head.
Problems you wouldn’t even have if you didn’t see what others were doing.
Once I saw that pattern clearly, it became easier to control.
Has anyone else noticed how much comparison affects their thinking?
