I’m a visual and feeling learner, this guy would have been perfect for me lol. The exaggerated movements both correct and incorrect really help understand what he needs from you. Looks hilarious though 😅😅😅

This is exactly how you have to teach kids swimming or any physical activity.

I swam in college and our coach held swim lessons for the local community taught by us swimmers. I had a really bright kid one class who just did NOT have the mind-body connection down. My coach finally pulled me aside and told me, “The connection doesn’t exist, you need to PHYSICALLY move his arms/legs properly while explaining it.”

Sat down and did the same thing this instructor did to teach kicking and the kid immediately got in the water and did it. I learned a lot about little kid brains work by teaching swim lessons and they are both brilliant and so limited at the same time.

It might look weird but I think he's doing a good job.

This dude loves his job. Those kids are lucky to have him. 😌
