That's incompetence, not "being nice".

I really don’t even know what you do in this situation. You’ve got a crowd all trying to beat the shit out of one person. I’d be very curious to know what the person did to piss off both the cop and an entire audience.

I’m too distracted by the guy wearing only shorts, top coat and bright red crocks brawling at Home Depot.

I have yet to see more incompetence than what is allowed in law enforcement.

That's not being nice, that's being incapable of doing your job.

There really should be higher standards for who can become a cop. Seen way too many videos with extreme incompetence. Zero ability or even attempt to control a situation.
