I’ve been stuck for a while trying to come up with new content ideas. Analytics helped, but it always felt like I was reacting to what already worked, not what’s coming next.

So I tried something different started looking at recent follow activity of bigger accounts in my niche. Used a tool to make it easier to track instead of manually checking.

After a few days, I started noticing patterns. Same types of accounts, similar content styles, even specific formats popping up.

That follow activity angle is actually smart, you’re essentially tracking what established accounts think is worth paying attention to before it shows up in analytics. I do something similar for ideation then run the actual content through Runable so the production side stays fast once a good idea lands. The idea sourcing and the execution are different problems and mixing them up is usually where people slow down.

reacting to your own analytics is always going to lag. what worked three weeks ago isnt the same as whats building momentum now.

the follow pattern approach is interesting because youre essentially watching where attention is moving before it shows up in mainstream metrics. early signal vs lagging indicator.

for the content creation side once youve spotted a trend, ive used runable for quick carousel and post drafts to test the format fast without spending hours on production. cursor for anything more technical in the workflow.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
