Drone op here. That girl was not the pilot, just was holding the drone and dropped it off the side of the building for the pilot. I believe i actually used to follow this person on Instagram because i remember this exact video. It's extremely illegal but people do it all the time. Also super dangerous as FPV quad props can fuck you up bad. Still dope video though.
