Selling a 27.8K TikTok page (female audience, relationship niche, still gets engagement)

I am thinking about selling a TikTok page I built over the past couple years and wanted to see if there’s interest.

It’s currently at 27.8K followers/907k likes mostly in the relationship/emotional content niche. The audience is around 85% female.

The page grew from repost-style content that performed really well and a few videos went viral, and one still brings in saves/engagement even now.

I haven’t been active recently, so it’s not fully optimized at the moment (which is also why I’m considering selling it), but I tested posting again not too long ago and people were still engaging.

I’ve also had brands reach out before, and one piece of content was used for ads but I’m no longer interested in that niche.

Feels like a wasted asset sitting there, especially for someone who actually enjoys that niche or knows how to monetize it (coaching, affiliate, etc.)

Not sure what a fair price is yet so I am open to offers or even just feedback.

follower count alone usually matters way less than buyers hope, especially with repost-heavy pages. Most serious buyers will care more about current reach, audience quality, monetization history, policy risk, and how transferable the engagement is if content style changes.

Big question is whether people follow the niche or the exact content format. Repost/viral pages can look valuable on paper but sometimes drop hard if strategy shifts.

If you’re pricing it, I’d think more in terms of recent views, engagement consistency, revenue proof, and account safety than just 27.8K followers. “Wasted asset” can be true, but buyers usually pay for predictable upside, not past virality alone.

on the buyer side, whoever picks this up will need to build some momentum back. someone in an old thread mentioned pimpmyacc as one way to get a small boost going on a cold account without it looking sketchy, retention on those seemed decent from what people were saying. but honestly the bigger lift is going to be the first few posts after acquisition because the audience will either re-engage or they won't based on whether the content still hits

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month. I've been absolutely obsessed with short form content for the last two years. Like people have staged actual interventions about my health level of obsessed.
