Help me reach 10k please I work really hard in content and editing daily

I had 100 followers and i simply uploaded a reel of my interest and My reels got viral on 21st april and since then many reels on same niche got 2M above views yet im stuck at 2.1k followers in May the dashboard shows 31.7m reach please help me my goal is 10k im unable to figure out my followers conversion is weak or whats the issue im not good with social media tech updates yet im trying

High reach with low conversion means you are providing entertainment, not a reason for people to care about who you are.

If views are high but followers are low, the content is probably not building a clear identity. Someone watches, enjoys it, then scrolls because they don’t know what they’ll get next from you.

Make it more obvious why someone should follow. Keep a consistent theme, style, or angle so your page feels predictable in a good way. Also your first line or hook should hint at a series or something ongoing, not just a one off clip.

Sometimes even a simple shift like repeating a format or making content that connects together helps a lot more than chasing more views.

Not gonna lie, "working hard" doesn't really move the needle on YouTube. What's your actual retention looking like? And are you optimizing for your niche specifically or just grinding generic content? 10k usually comes down to one or two videos that actually resonate, not just consistency.

I’ve been there too. Got some videos going viral with a million views last year but didn’t see much growth in my followers. That tells me you’re producing great content but don’t have anything in your reel that would compel someone to follow you. The solution for me was to add something to the end of the video that linked back to another one that I posted earlier. I also included a call to action at the bottom of the screen, which is where you’re telling people to follow you.

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
