Why do most of these short from videos that also feature adults have this stupid asinine closed captions that highlight each world?
Think doesn't get talked about often.
These people, these content creators and influencers do know we, normal humans can read a normal sentence on a screen, right? These people do know this these videos aren't sing-alongs, especially of the Cocomelon variety don't they? These people do, by any margin realize most people who watch this "content" are teens and adults who can read books with text against blank paper, do they? Every time I come across these short videos I cannot help by cringe on sight and ask how dumber we've became since the start of this trend and TikTok's inception.
This specimen is from a short video I found on YouTube. Every video that isn't singing-focused that has the "closed caption highlights" or "one word on screen at a time" hogwash will not allow me to take their content seriously, even if they do have valid arguments or facts on any topic.
These people think we're so stupid that we can't read or god forbid comprehend anything without highlighting every word, like rattling a toy in front of a toddler, they and will play themselves, because they're these individuals who are this delusional and desperate for others to click to TikTok's zombie-pandering approach to content.
To every content creator that does this, grow up and stop trying to lower our attention span as well our IQ and dignity. If you're a professional, edit like one and cut this out... Or I'd doubt it since you're infected with the TikTok mentality too.
