Has anyone used HeyOrca for social media planning?

I’ve been using mostly Sprout to plan my social media content (both for the agency I work with and some clients work) and it works, but it’s starting to feel a bit messy as things grow.

I recently started looking into tools and came across HeyOrca, but before jumping in I wanted to ask if anyone here has used it and what your experience has been like. Does it actually make things more efficient? Any downsides?

I’m mainly trying to find a better way to stay organized and make collaboration smoother without overcomplicating things. Would love to hear real experiences before I commit.

I'm a HeyOrca customer and really like it.

I used to work at an agency where I managed like 30 clients and it was the only platform that kept me sane because of its client approval system.

It's nice if you manage a lot of clients and need them to be separate from one another (also even if your clients aren't tech savvy, they can figure out how to approve or leave comments). It's also good if you work within a team because you don't have to pay extra like with Sprout aka you can have everyone editing and doing stuff in it without getting kicked out.

I will say it is sometimes a bit buggy, but if you refresh it tends to fix those issues.

HeyOrca is honestly great for the approval workflow because clients feel involved without accidentally wrecking the drafts haha. The planning side is smooth, but I still found the actual asset production was the real bottleneck fr. My workflow now is pretty hybrid. I use SparkToro for research, runable for turning rough briefs into polished carousels and decks, and Buffer for distribution when needed lol.

Tbh, once you automate the repetitive production work and keep HeyOrca mainly for approvals and feedback, the whole process becomes way easier to scale without burning out the team fr.

I’ve used HeyOrca in a team workflow and it’s solid for exactly what you described: keeping approvals clean and client comms in one place.

I may be biased because I work at HeyOrca, but if you're looking to stay organized and have smooth collaboration, I think you'd find it really helpful! I love that with content approvals, your client doesn't even need a HeyOrca account. You can just send them a shareable link, and they can approve a post and leave comments.

For organization, I really like how in our Media Library and Inspo Library, you can have folders/collections to help organize your content and ideas.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
