Personal Brand vs Company Page: What Performs Better in B2B Social Media?
Company pages are slowly losing to personal brands, especially in B2B.
We’ve tested this a lot and the pattern is pretty consistent, the same exact content performs completely differently depending on who posts it.
From a company page, it usually gets “fine” reach. Maybe a few likes, low comments.
From a person inside the company (founder, marketer, employee), the same idea suddenly gets more attention, more comments, more actual discussion.
And I don’t think it’s because the content magically becomes better.
It’s more simple than that, people just don’t connect with logos.
They connect with humans.
A company page feels like a broadcast.
A personal profile feels like a conversation.
And in 2026, attention is clearly shifting toward whoever feels more real, not more polished.
So what do you think?
