Another Local Business Stole My Photo & Used AI On It - Not Sure Best Course of Action

I can’t add the images for you to see the two but what the title said.

I took a photo and posted it for a client who sponsors a local event. The image was my event shirt on a table with their food and drinks in the background. I took the time edit the image as well.

Today I was going through Instagram and I noticed that another local business used my exact picture and had AI replace the food and drinks. They also completely whited out the small background because it showed the patio of our restaurant.

I feel bad reporting them to Instagram because they are a local, small restaurant themselves. But they didn’t ask, the stole an image I took the time to make and edit and then cheapened it with AI. All their content is AI now that I’ve looked at their page more.

How would you go about this? Would you message them from your personal account or from the business account? Or just go straight to reporting them?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively.
