Yeah, a lot of Asian countries are extremely racist. This isn't a surprise.
Look at Japan specifically. They reek of xenophobia.
Eating while talking and filming = never be allowed nowhere!
I spent 2 years stationed in South Korea as a soldier. I left in late 2011, so their country has probably changed some since then. Sri Lankans in Korea mostly did factory work. Filipinos were mostly women who worked in clubs and were called juicy girls. Sri Lankans & Filipinos were seen as lower class by many South Koreans, & were discriminated against for mostly that reason.
Oh god, that way of speaking...
Whatever he said, good for him or I'm so sorry. I can't make it through more than two sentences in.
How do you end up in Asia, multiple times from the sounds of it, and find this the slightest bit surprising?
Light skinned Asians are super racist towards darker skinned asians
high class asians tryin to look white bc they don't wanna be associated with rice pattie poorness or jungle asians
^^
not what i believe, just an oversimplified but true reality
edit for educational accuracy:
In the old days, your skin color dictated your class status. The darker you were, the more you spent time in the fields and rice patties, the poorer you were.
There are still some old school Koreans who literally don't let their daughters outside to get a tan and purposefully keep them as pale as possible...in 2026. Not nearly as prevalent though!
Second one doesn't allow Australians 🥲
Good for him that they don't discriminate against people that chew with their mouth open
The more I hear about South korea the more I understand why their population is dwindling.
