The 'but I'm handicapped' defense didn't work so she decided to be dumb instead. Handicapped enough to invent a parking space to get out of walking to the store but not handicapped enough to be able to walk down the street to argue with the officer.

This woman goes around filming herself being rude and obnoxious to people. She does it to restaurants, stores, and apparently city workers. She’s a menace.

What about the courtesy to the handicapped bus takers who need the curb for the wheelchair ramp?

"I can clearly see it's a bus stop" and you keep asking why can't you be given leniency, because single law for all regardless of your identity/disability/status/station in life is the ideal not that you can get exceptions.

It's only for a moment at 49 seconds in, but she does show the bus stop and her car is directly in front of it.

No amount of "courtesy" can excuse where she parked.
