I am diving into freelancing for the first time, and I'm looking to take on my first few clients.

Currently, my portfolio features two core projects that I designed from scratch on Adobe Illustrator while working in-house for a hospital.

(I developed the copy too! For the Jaundice slide, the creative concept and metaphor were entirely my idea, though I used AI as a tool to help refine the phrasing and make it work perfectly)

I really need some honest advice on pricing based on the quality of these pieces.

I have a full-time 8-hour job and an additional 2-hour daily commute and need 2-3 hours "me time", so my availability is inconsistent. I can only work when I'm free, which means an hourly rate is absolutely off the table.

I need a project-based / per set of posts pricing model.

For a first freelance offer, I’d avoid trying to price “a post” in isolation. What you’re really selling is concept + copy + design + revisions, and your availability is limited, so scope control matters more than squeezing the highest rate.

A simple way to package it:

Starter: 5 static posts, 1 concept direction, 1 revision round
Standard: 10 posts, light content calendar, 2 revision rounds
Healthcare-specific: priced higher because your domain context reduces research time for the client

For India-based clients, you could start with something like a modest project fee for 5 posts and raise after 2–3 paid projects once you know how long it actually takes you. For international clients, don’t anchor only to Indian rates; anchor to the value and the fact that you’re doing both copy and design.

Two things I’d put in writing every time:

What counts as one “set” of posts — number of posts, formats, captions, source files, etc.
Revision limits — otherwise project pricing quietly becomes unlimited hourly work.

Since you have a full-time job, I’d also add a clear turnaround window. Something like “5-post set delivered in 7–10 days after brief approval” is much safer than promising agency-speed delivery.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively.
