It’s so crazy that because of LEGOs, a lot of average people are going to find out about Danites and the Nauvoo Legion. Mormon mafia has been a thing since the early 1800s, and it still exists, at least in spirit.
The movie they make out of this is going to be crazy
NEVER do business with Mormons. My Mormon father taught me that since I was a kid. He has a complicated relationship with the church bc he knows his fellow man would grift him if they could
Edit: I am not talking about this specific situation only. I’m trying to say that as an ex Mormon I and many of my acquaintances have been fucked over by our fellow Mormon “businessman” enough times that this isn’t a surprising turn of events for the owner group. The original lady may very well have been not a member at all. But the trouble came when the Mormons showed. That’s why I shared this.
That's a fact. The police were started as slave catchers. "Protecting the slave masters property"
did the guy not get like, a contract or some kind of written confirmation about what he was dropping off with them?
I found my new favorite person to get the TLDR. He’s awesome.
As for this situation. This shit is crazy! I hope the bricks and mini figs people end up in prison. What a bunch of assholes.
Never let the cops search your car bro
Weird ahh Mormon cults activities
I was under the impression the old man doesn’t even know his Lego sets were being sold because he’s been sick and the son doesn’t know how to tell him half of the Lego sets have been seized by shady business practices. His son, Brian, should have called for professional legal advice. Reckless Ben tries to help but, aside from the huge publicity, may have made things more difficult for Brian.
Seeing Keizer Mormon police drama on tiktokcringe is blowing my mind.
Like this has been HUGE news on our local subreddits for ages.
