I’d love to see more content on the “normal but not actually normal” stuff women are told to ignore.
Things like painful periods, low iron, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, thyroid symptoms, fertility myths, mental load/burnout, sexual health, pelvic floor issues, and how to advocate for yourself at the doctor’s office.
Also simple explainers would help a lot: what blood tests to ask for, when symptoms need attention, what is actually normal in a cycle, and what red flags should not be dismissed.
I think the best topics are the ones women quietly Google at 1 AM but feel awkward asking out loud.
