I want to make beauty content on Instagram and Tiktok more often (GRWM, product reviews, etc). However, I am starting a full time position at a large tech corporation soon. I am concerned about how this might affect my treatment at my job. I'm not sure if my boss or HR would talk to me about my social media content, especially given that my job involves meeting with external clients. Perhaps they could be concerned about how I might influence the company's reputation, or they could be concerned about my loyalty to my position.

I really want to pursue this passion of mine in a way that supports my interests while keeping my online reputation work-friendly. The safest move is to treat this like a side business with clear walls, not a secret double life. Read your employer's social media and moonlighting policy first, especially anything about outside income, endorsements, client conflicts, and using company name or equipment. Then keep your beauty content completely separate: no employer mention, no filming at work, no company laptop or phone, and no client-facing overlap in your bio.

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
