Am I missing something? Sure, they’re a bit impolite standing there talking through it, but they’re hardly abusing him. The initial exchange is well within the bounds of normal British banter and otherwise they largely ignore him.

Ideally they would have chosen to stand somewhere else but it’s the middle of a busy train station (looks like St Pancras), not the Albert hall.
