What's one Instagram growth strategy that actually worked for you recently?

I have been trying to grow an Instagram page over the last few months and honestly it's been a mix of good and bad results.

I have tested different content formats, posting times, hashtags, engagement tactics, and a few other approaches. Some things seemed to help for a while then stopped working.

i want to know what has actually worked for people recently.

Have you seen better results from improving content quality, posting more consistently, collaborations, reels, growth services or something else entirely?

Sounds like a broken record but:
Reels
Tagging multiple people
Frequent posting (3-4x a week)
Using stories

One thing I've noticed that Instagram really hates is graphics. Any of the posts I make for my business where it's a graphic flyer instead of a human being, gets insanely low engagement.
And btw it really likes color photography. Any posts I do where the human subject matter is black and white, or a duotone type color also gets a low amount of views and engagement.
This is deliberate from Instagram. They're trying to corral everyone into doing Tik Tok like posts, any other kind of post just gets buried.

I would say content quality. Recently, I learned in an Instagram class that Instagram actually wants to share your content, but if the very first people who see it don't interact with it or watch most of the video, it won't be distributed as widely. So I would recommend creating a great hook and starting with a pain point your audience can relate to so you can capture their attention quickly. I usually mix Reels and carousels.

Yeah, cutting out static graphics was the thing for me too. I spent months tweaking hashtags and posting times and got nowhere. Then I just started filming myself talking about the topic for 30 seconds, no fancy editing, and those Reels actually got pushed out to people who weren't already following me. Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
