facebook reel mobile upload vs professional dashboard/meta business suite on desktop PC

i am a new channel. if i upload straight from my phone by hitting create reel from my page on my the mobile app. my videos will get 300-700 views and pretty decent reactions. but if i upload a video from my desktop Pc, either from my home page or from my professional dashboard or from the meta business suite i will get 1- 3 views. EVERY TIME. So i wait a week and delete one of the videos and reupload it from my mobile phone it will hit the high views and high reaction count. so far ive tested this for over 2 weeks now and it is ALWAYS the same,

Has anyone else noticed this or am i the only one having this problem?

If the same creative repeatedly performs that differently, I would trust the pattern for now and keep uploading from mobile while you test it. Meta's processing path can feel different depending on upload source, even if they do not publicly say one is favored.

To narrow it down, I would run a boring test:

Same exact file, no edits after export
Same resolution, frame rate, and bitrate
Same caption and thumbnail style
Upload at similar times on similar days
Do not delete and reupload too quickly, because that adds another variable

Also check whether desktop is changing the thumbnail, stripping audio, compressing harder, or posting it under a slightly different destination/page setting. If phone uploads keep winning after 5 to 10 clean tests, I would just make mobile upload part of the workflow and stop fighting it until Meta fixes whatever is happening.
