Why do you want to buy them? Short term you will going to get a credibility boost but because they're all fake, instagram sooner or later will delete them so you'll be back to where you started. There are methods to gain real followers but they won't be instant. Any service selling instant followers is selling you fake followers
I tested it on a new account with a small number of followers.
Short answer: it didn't help.
The follower count looked better, but engagement didn't improve. If anything, the engagement rate looked worse because the denominator got bigger.
Also, once you start getting real followers, it becomes obvious that most of the purchased ones are just dead weight.
In my experience, social proof increases a little, but reach, engagement, and growth don't magically improve. Instagram seems to care more about how real people interact with your content than the follower count itself.
I did for a client because of his request, but that sucks for sure, Insta detects them and flags them and keeps on removing the followers and the reach is killed no matter how much you try it's too damn difficult to get it back!

The follower number was never the asset. Engagement rate is, and buying followers tanks it. You inflate your audience size while real engagement stays flat, so your rate drops and the algorithm quietly throttles your reach. On top of that, bought accounts get purged in waves, so the number isn't even permanent.
If what you actually want is to not look empty, here's where I'd put the same time or money instead:
- Post 5 to 10 genuinely good pieces before you drive anyone to the account, so a new visitor lands on a real feed and not a ghost town.
- Engage outward as the brand. Comment on accounts your ideal audience already follows. It's slow, but it brings real, relevant people.
- A small, well-targeted ad spend pointed at your best post will get you real follows for not much more than a fake-follower package costs, and those people can actually buy from you.
