One thing I've seen work well for IT companies is to stop posting "we are excited to announce..." content. Almost nobody outside the company cares.
You can try:
✓ Case studies - what problem was solved and the outcome
✓ Common mistakes businesses make with tech, cloud, AI, security, etc.
✓ Behind-the-scenes of how your team approaches projects
✓ Short founder/employee insights (these usually outperform company posts)
✓ Industry trends with your own opinion instead of reposting news
I've noticed that content answering real client questions tends to generate more inbound inquiries than polished corporate posts.
What services does your IT firm actually provide? SaaS, development, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or something else?
That would make a huge difference in the content direction.
