Newish Content Creator - advice on putting out a big video?

I do some minor social media stuff on Social Media and have collaborated with some other small and medium sized creators on their channels but I am anything but a consistent reliable creator and I realize that improving that would help with the question that I'm about to ask but I digress. Most of everything I put out under me is on TikTok and I've had a few big semi viral videos but haven't put much if anything out on Instagram, Youtube, or other places. But I am working on a big passion project video series in my personal field of expertise that I want to put out. I'm currently recording the first video in a series of 4 each will run 30 minutes - 1 hour. I'm thinking of putting these out on YouTube but it feels like doing so on a channel that has a tiny handful of followers is arguably pointless. Am I viewing this correctly? What advice would you give a newer content creator who is putting out a big project so that it doesn't end up being dead on arrival?

Some thoughts I've had is to take my videos from Tiktok and start putting those out on other platforms while I work up to finishing my big video. To make smaller more regular videos and gain a following before posting my big video, etc.

I would not wait until the channel feels 'big enough' to publish it. A tiny channel can still be the right place for a strong first pillar piece, especially if the topic is something you can keep referencing for months.

What I would do is treat the long video as the home base and build a runway around it. Pull 8 to 15 short clips or ideas from the recording process, post those while you finish editing, and use the responses to sharpen the title/thumbnail/intro. You are not just warming up the audience, you are testing which angles people actually care about.

For a 30 to 60 minute video, the first 60 seconds matters a lot. Make it very clear who it is for, what payoff they get, and why you are the person to explain it. If the series is genuinely useful, having it exist on YouTube is not pointless. It gives every short post somewhere deeper to point back to later.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
