I see proper use of POV, I upvote. Funny bit too. I've experience many of these exact interactions even working in healthcare.

Customers asking where something is, being told, and them going the opposite direction is so accurate.

Working retail and a piece of my soul just withered and died watching this. It’s too accurate it makes my blood boil.

You would think some people couldn’t be this dumb. Surely the bar can’t get lower and these IQ dwarfs take that as a challenge and bring shovels & pickaxes to lower the average.
