There was no mysterious collapse. We know exactly what happened and it was pre-existing issues that were well documented long before they caused the collapse. It was literally nothing but neglect.

If he had any magic files, he's not leaving them on an unguarded hard drive(s) (and ONLY on that/those drive(s)) in an insecure residential condo that he then publicly posts the address of whole, if I remember right, he's living in Belize.
