Gamification for company social
I’ve been looking into various employee advocacy platforms that offer a gamification component.
I’ve discovered:
- it’s another platform so besides encouraging employees to engage on LinkedIn they need to also be active on the employee advocacy platform
- it’s expensive
- it requires onboarding and nurturing users in order to get them involved
- suggested to start with smaller sample size of users like from 75 to 150
- annual contracts since onboarding takes awhile
I guess before I really explored this I just thought we would have a leaderboard and some tracking cookie could keep track of scores
Now I understand it is more involved
Thoughts? What has been your experience with gamification?
