A delivery guy that's had a few run-ins with loose dogs

Kinda looks like a trauma response to me. 

I bet this dudes been bit before 

Hard to fault the delivery dude... How many people have been bitten by dogs whose owners claim they're "totally harmless, so sweet, wouldn't hurt a fly"

Dude..... some people have phobia of dogs ( cynophobia ), its no differente than having aracnophobia.

Literally zero empathy for the guys response.

As a lifelong dog owner, you need to understand not everyone is a dog person and regardless of how harmless your dog is (or appears to be), you need to keep it controlled and tethered around people that haven't given you the ok to have the dog loose around then...

It's just sort of being a responsible pet owner.

You know your dog and their behaviors. That doesn't mean anyone else knows them. He's running because he has been attacked before. The dog thinks he is playing which is only making this worse. It's selfish and short-sighted to post this and mock this guy
