ETA: sound on did NOT help clarify, but o think the woman is chasing the victim dog.. but also screaming like it’s been torn apart, so it’s hard to assess how injured it is. (I am NOT trying to assess for the German shep/malinois repeat behavior/guilt)

If only there was a cheap and affordable option to control a dog’s ability to run off or attack people. Like maybe some sort of rope that attaches to a collar or perhaps a harness. Sadly, no such thing exists

Time for the apartment complex to step in. I’m sure there are kids living there too. Now this dog has attacked two dogs/adults. What’s next? She should be expecting a knock from animal control any minute.

People who don’t know how to take care of a dog should have that dog removed from them. Had to beat off a dog from my daughter that came up on her at the beach and the owner tried to play it off like “well we’ve only had it 2 weeks”, umm no. You have a pet, you have a responsibility!

She knew where to look to see the cameras recording. I imagine consequences will be following.

I hate it when uneducated/bad owners cause their dog get put down, taken away or allowed to hurt others. Check on the breed BEFORE you get a dog!!!!! People should have to take classes to be pet owners or parents, because common sense and basic raising is severely lacking 😭😠
