I would stop treating every post as a completely new idea. Pick three or four themes that still fit the account, then make a small menu of formats for each one: a story, a practical example, a short list, a reaction, or a question. That gives you variety without asking your brain to invent a new direction every day.
It may also help to separate idea generation from posting. Keep one running note where you capture questions, phrases, or situations that interest you, then turn that list into a simple two-week batch when you have the energy. If a variety post performs well, ask which theme or format made it work instead of immediately rebranding around it. A short pause is fine, but a lighter repeatable system usually helps more than waiting for constant inspiration.
