social media manager here, how I batch a week's worth of client videos on monday
I manage social for 6 small business clients. Restaurants, gym, florist, dentist, two boutiques. Used to shoot everything on my phone. Drove all over town. Came home with 60 clips and no energy to edit.
About 6 months ago one of my clients started sending me photos instead of expecting me to show up. Then another one did. Now they all do. Product shots, new dishes, gym equipment, flower arrangements. I batch everything on monday.
My current flow: sort photos, pick the best ones, run them through a video generator for short motion clips. PixVerse is the one I use because it's predictable on a monday morning when I'm on a deadline. Then drop into CapCut for captions and audio. I usually get 20-25 videos out of a monday morning and afternoon. Enough for the week.
The output is consistent and branded, and the engagement is better than my shaky phone footage. The clients don't ask how it's made. They ask why their instagram suddenly looks more professional. I don't tell them unless they ask.
This only works because the clients bought into sending me assets. If I still had to drive around filming, no amount of AI would fix the logistics.
