Yes you are the a hole for not doing it hard enough. Clearly she didnt learn. She doesnt like confrontation I would make it a point to constantly not give her a moment to rest til shes kicking the door to run away. I would make it as awkward as I could any time and place im near her. I would give the cousin a warning talk but he might be catching some strays or direct confrontation as well. I have a breaking point the first kick on my cat would of been the end of line.

Had someone in our house kick my 8 month puppy dachshund because it sniffed at the feet of her five year old child who came to play with our daughter. Like OOP, this was no simple push away with her foot, this was a full on kick that launched our dog roughly 7 feet clear through the air.

I’ve never seen my wife move so fast in my life. She had the woman by the back of her neck as she dragged her to the door, across the garden and then proceeded to ram the lady into the hood of her car.

Before or in the 10 years since, I have never seen such unadulterated rage in my wife’s eyes. But I still wouldn’t fault her in the slightest because that woman deserved every ounce of rage directed towards her….. and because I’m now slightly scared of her
