In the weightlessness of space, are sit-ups easy to do?

isent the point of a sit up to engage the core muscles by using the weight of of your body as resistance in gravity.

i have a fundamental understanding of physics and stuff but this seems near useless.

unless there is a harness with resistance bands or something involved.

I can do sit ups. I can’t look out the window of a space station. Just hold the camera up to the window.
