That's one way to give them an eating disorder

Just when you think you've seen everything, you see a bad idea of such epicness. Poor kid

And that's why kids don't trust science when they grow up.

Why is this even an issue for a child this young?  They don’t know anything about nutrition except what their parents tell them. Just eat healthy as a family and your kid will automatically. Scaring them into thinking there is a sugar eating worm in their stomach is a terrible idea.

That's emotional abuse. Terrifying for a kid to think of a huge caterpillar bug in their tummy. r/parentsarefuckingdumb

Yeah... Give a child trauma instead of just saying "No"... JFC "You can't eat candy, the worms in you will get too happy and eat their way out!"

I realize it’s a translation, but “ok, take the child away” is funny

How does it feel single-handedly destroying this little girls future? An innocent act from the outside but you just set her on a path of unhealthy relationships with food. Who knows whats down the line? Anorexia, anxiety, depression, resentment... All from a father that took the easy way out when raising his child. A tumultuous journey lies ahead of her, and i only hope that she sees the light at the end of the tunnel.
