Receiving a warning strike for commenting about Trump

Can’t remember what I commented on, but I think it was a news page, and I asked “can we talk about how he said he rigged the election?”, and I received my first and only warning strike for violating community guidelines, although they don’t say specifically what I violated… has this happened to anybody else since TikTok came back??

Closed captions option disappeared

I was watching tiktok this morning and the closed captions were on... Re opened the app a few hours later and they're gone. Even the option isn't there anymore. Has this happened to anyone else?! What fixed it? I'm hard of hearing so I NEED THEM
