This is Karlzplatz in Munich, an extremely busy plaza that is basically the connecting point between the major train station and the beginning of Old City.

Crazy they thought it was a good idea to try and film there and not have this be an expected issue.

Edit: this may actually be Marienplatz, which is even worse because that’s even busier due to the old clock tower and being in the heart of old city.
