My dad lost his pinky finger in an industrial accident and had a nub. My dad told me my grandma cut it off because he was bad. Needless to say I would freak out when going to Grandma's house

People who are upset about this are ridiculous. Those kids and mom are going to have a good laugh about this at some point, you can tell mom is tongue-in-cheek about it.

How can they run away when you're always pointing a camera at them.

No lie though, as a kid, I used to wish mannequins could come alive after watching that one Twilight Zone episode.

My parents and grandparents did the same kind of shit to us and we turned out unscathed.

Like, don’t swallow a watermelon, or a citrus seed, or it will grow inside your tummy.

When my kid was like two we lived in a very diverse area (Metro Vancouver). Lots of white people, but also a decent amount of East Asian, South Asian, Middle-Eastern, and First Nations families. We would go grocery shopping in Real Canadian Superstore, and we'd walk by the Joe Fresh (clothing) section. She would see the mannequins—which are bright-white, like the one in this video—and say in a not-inside voice "Dad! Look! Look at the white people! Why are they so white?" and sometimes if we were in another section she'd go "Dad! I want to go back, and look at the white people! They're my favourite!"

We're white, but I always imagined people in another aisle going "what the fuck did that kid say?"
