What's your take on this idea?
Idk how things work here, but hey guys, I am building something adjacent to this thread that I'd love feedback on.
I'm working on ByteSized Careers (google it if you want, not promoting), a pre-launch hiring marketplace specifically for creator-economy work, like social media managers, video editors, designers, writers/researchers, channel managers and similar roles.
The thing I'm trying to fix is how fragmented this hiring currently is across Reddit posts, DMs, WhatsApp groups, generic job boards, etc., especially when the actual fit depends on things like platform experience, content format, portfolio style and turnaround time.
We're putting together the first recruiter + talent cohort now before opening the marketplace. There aren't live jobs/searchable profiles yet so yeah, this is genuinely early access.
If you hire social/content people, I'd especially love to have you in the recruiter cohort and hear how you currently find people.
