Uh, that's not true -- in the movie Spiderman has a relationship with the Chief of Police who actually tells him that his surveillance tech is illegal. Similar to Morgan Freeman in The Dark Knight.

Also, it's quite obvious that the device that Spiderman uses to subdue the main villain is going to be used in future movies as a "oh shit this technology has gone too far and will be used by bad guys" moment. (Basically think of Ultron). In fact, in the movie it already is co-opted by the bad guys.

I don't see the movie being some psyop for Palantir, it's more-so about the cautionary issues with this type of tech and the line between protecting the public and invasion of privacy/personal freedoms. This movie presents the "protect the public" view, but its quite obvious to me that Spiderman will have to reckon with his creation in a future movie.

It's in the books. It's in the video games. Spider-man hijacks Osbourne tech on the regular, also hacks Octavius' gear.

Literally the ending of the movie showed that >!the supposed antagonist was not the bad guy, and the people benefitting from the surveillance tech were the real monsters!<, so no to everything he’s saying.
