As a rightwing guy I do agree its crazy so many rightwing politicians are asking for censorship of stuff they don't like. The main thing I liked about them in the pre-Elon-Twitter days was they spoke out against leftwing politicians asking for censorship.

Tbf, a lot of liberal politicians in my area have been renaming states, schools, and libraries that were named after Confederates. I think that shit is stupid, I want the original names so we have the ability to point at these places and say "yes, we have have further to go, but look how far we've come"
I don't want to erase history because we are guaranteed to never learn from it if we do.
