What do the existing social media platforms fail to provide?
Most platforms are built around watching, liking and scrolling.
All while eating away at our time of course.
So I would like to ask a few questions on the current platforms.
What do you wish these platforms actually let u do?
What makes a feed worth returning to and a post feel meaningful?
Would interactive posts improve the experience or is that just another gimmick? I feel having ppl interact with posts would scroll down their scrolling time and increase their interaction time, also preventing that instant dopamine spike. And the users can get something useful out of that interaction that they could consider as progress.
So what makes you close a social app feeling satisfied rather than drained and depressed that u wasted ur time again?
