I've been a once a week pooper my whole life and used to eat like absolute shit so every week I dreaded when I started to feel it cause I knew I'd be pushing for a while. I still eat like shit and poop once a week but drinking Metamucil everyday was an absolute life changer for me. I sit down and a weeks worth of poo just falls out like nothing happened.
