I had a client once who was VERY curious about my process, what tools I used, how I planned everything, etc

She paid me, then dipped out of our 3 month agreement and basically started doing what I had been doing herself

Smart business move I guess but girl… I was annoyed

Now whenever a client asks me for my entire process I’m like… okay but WHY do you need to know all this?

the thing that helped me was framing it as expertise, not a recipe. anyone can copy a checklist but they can't copy your judgment on what's actually working right now. that's the real service. so when a client asks for the process, i walk them through how i decide what to post, like checking real engagement signals instead of guessing what's trending, then adding my own angle on it instead of just reposting stuff raw. i also keep a simple content calendar so posting doesn't fall apart during busy weeks, that consistency piece alone is worth more than any tool list. share the how, keep the why.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
