Account got restricted after joining for less than a week. Help please.

I made a Rednote account and verified it with my phone number. I posted one post (a simple SFW fanart of a character) and got a lot of traction right away, but then it suddenly said I got region-restricted. My profile name got reverted to User(numbernumber) and I can't edit anything.

I tried doing the "Remove restriction" test and passed it, and got notified that the restriction had been removed, but I still can't edit my profile and no one (I assume) outside my country can see my posts. I've submitted multiple appeals already as well, but nothing has changed.

Does this mean I've been temporarily banned? Or does this count as shadowban? The restriction notification says it's effective until November, so do I just wait it out?

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
