When you get scammed, make sure to announce it on all your favorite social media platforms. Make sure to leave all your personal details, so they don’t get you confused with anyone else.
And for gods sake, when you don’t know enough about a certain topic, DO NOT learn about it. Instead, make videos announcing how ignorant you are.
Sometimes just common sense will get you out of bad situations. You’re not allowed to get off the phone because you missed jury duty?? Are you 5 years old? 🙄
I understand fear, I understand that these scams work so that's why they do them.
I cannot condone or understand any non-elderly adult just believing someone who comes out of nowhere about them having authority or that you owe them money. A cop could show up at my door and tell me all this -- I would ask for a badge. Even then, I would ask for a lawyer.
Even if she doesn't "understand police stuff"(a fucking ridiculous statement for an adult to make) -- the point is that she apparently WILL believe any stranger who tells her anything. Did she previously think it was impossible for anyone to lie about being a cop?
Paypal me your bond...
Good rule of thumb, anything built on fear is a scam usually and should be questioned.
Why do I feel like Deputy Jason probably had a very thick Indian accent?
Like…I had to stop watching at 4:00 minutes left. How can someone be so dumb? Are people losing the ability to approach these situations with critical thinking?
"Whenever I posted this on Facebook yesterday".. do you not remember when exactly you posted it, cause it should have a time stamp, or did you post it several times? What do you mean "whenever" you posted it? What is with people not knowing how to use words anymore? I like that she starts her story this way though, so I immediately already know that she's stupid. The food and grease stains all over the front of the shirt really help to get that message across too.
Stupid lol
